The fabric has a slight beautiful sheen, made of 72% cotton and 28% Elasterell and of course, is made in the USA. Elasterell has stretch, but retains its shape. For the most flattering skinny jeans, you need to "break them in", meaning they may feel too tight at first, but wriggle into them, stretch them out a bit, and they'll fit like a second skin.
